Richard Bruce Cheney was born in Lincoln Nebraska on January 30 1941. He was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney and the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. When Richard Bruce Cheney was 13 years old He and his family moved from Lincoln Nebraska to Casper Wyoming where his father headed the U.S. Department of Agriculture's local soil conservation districts.
