Zazie Olivia beetz was born on January 1st, 2001 in Berlin. Her father is a German cabinet maker, who immigrated into America in the year 1990. United States in 1990 after the falling of the Berlin Wall, and her mother is a South Africa-American social worker in New York. Jennifer Aniston attended the same high school as Beetz. Following her graduation from LaGuardia, Beetz went on to pursue a degree in French at Skidmore College. Beetz immediately began auditioning after school and was able to land the part in the role of Van in Atlanta. Born in Berlin to an German father and an African-American mother Beetz was born in New York speaking both German as well as English at home. Zazie began doing shows on community and local stage in her early days. When she was in grade school, she discovered acting and became a professional actor. Zendaya is a breakout star in the Disney Channel Disney Channel Zendaya is a dancer who's definitely seen the success she's been looking for. She was finally cast in her first role, Rocky Blue, along with co-star Bella Thorne, on the popular series Shake It Up. Zendaya became a vegetarian at the age of 11 after she walked past a slaughterhouse while on a road trip with her dad. PEOPLE told them that she stated: "I thought all those animals were horribly cruel, being packed into there and waiting for slaughter. It shocked me to use this method of obtaining meat. Since then, she has been on a vegetarian diet.
